I’ve had this problem for three weeks now and DJI support is not giving any answers to this problem I’m uploading this problem here so maybe someone can help

DJI support

I called DJI support and the robot answered

I commented and the robot replied

I am in a situation where I cannot send the device to them and they say there is nothing we can do
I bought a new device and did not expect such a problem

Please comment and help this campaign reach the ears of the company and provide a solution for this problem

The details I went through

I searched the forums, but I did not receive an answer. I saw that there are many people who have this problem of server  error

I left a comment and the robot replied that you should bring the device for repair. I said that I cannot bring or send the device because it is not economical for me and I cannot afford it and I live in a country where you do not have an official  representative They said we are sorry, there is nothing we can do

I went to the online chat without much expectation and they repeated the same thing they said

I decided to post this problem here so that maybe some company can do something or someone can help me to solve this problem

 

Why does dji company introduce defective products to the market?

Why should a company this big and powerful and with professional review procedures introduce defective products into the market?

Who is responsible for the damage caused to the people of the world?

Why don’t they provide a correct answer and workaround so that those who are unable to send the device can solve the problem themselves?

Please be responsive

People spend money and expect that when they buy a new product, it will be healthy and flawless

According to you, you have after-sales service, but your service is not universal, and it is a problem for customers that when they buy the device from another country and return to their own country, they can no longer send it to their country to receive service.

This is your problem, not the problem of the people of the world

You charge a lot but you don’t have good after sales service

What is the problem with the operating system?

Don’t you have a QC unit?

Are they all unemployed who buy every series of your products and then come to you to solve the problem?
